I started this blog to force myself to get back into the habit of analyzing my workouts and races. I’m not a coach, a physical therapist, or a dietician. If I share something that works for me, please remember that it may not work for you, and it may in fact be a really bad idea for you. I do my best to give credit where credit is due.
