I’ve been hiking since I was a child. I’m grateful for my experiences. These organizations help folks experience the outdoors. Public lands belong to all of us; the folks who use them should be as diverse as the rest of society.

Outdoors for All

REI’s Cooperative Action Fund gives money various organizations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in outdoor activities. If you go their website, you can find the organizations this fund has given money to. If you’re looking to give your time & your talents, this is a good way to find an organization to work with.

Washington State Parks has a map of its ADA-accessible recreational facilities.  In some places, you can check out a park pass from your local library.
